Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If no card is left on file, then this fee will need to be paid before your next service can be booked. No Call No Shows will be charged for the full-service price of the missed appointment. At On Point Nails, we practice the most intensive sanitation, disinfection & sterilization procedures. After each client all equipment is sanitized and disinfected with a hospital grade disinfectant to remove debris, kill microbes, and prevent the spread of infection. Equipment is then put through a Medical Grade Autoclave to be sterilized after each use. All files, buffers and wood sticks are a disposable, one time use per guest. We reserve the right to refuse service if the nail technician believes there is a risk of fungal or bacterial infection. Please feel free to ask your technician any questions about our sanitation protocols.
On Point Nails offers Certified Master Pedicurists for guests who have complex needs. CMPs are nail and foot care professionals who have received additional advanced training and knowledge from the North American School of Podology in integral medical based foot care. CMPs are trained and certified to recognize and provide the most up to date care for foot and nail problems along with various practical methods of management for these problems.

At On Point Nails, we pride ourselves on being an all-natural nail salon. This means we do not work on, nor do we have the tools to remove the following: acrylic, hard gel, gel builder, or anything that would require a drill. Drills are extremely harmful for your nails and the health and integrity of your nails is always of the utmost importance! We can help you strengthen your nails and transition you out of acrylic nails!

In a perfect world, ALL nail polish would last forever on our nails, however we are in a perfectly imperfect world. For that reason we guarantee a 3 day wear for regular nail polish and a 8 day wear for no chip polish. If you're nails happen to chip within that time frame please call us at the salon and we are happy to fix any mishaps within the guaranteed time period.
